Ghost of…

Ghost of… was a series exploring the possibilities in suspension of disbelief within a contemporary art format.

Set in motion with some simple rules of play, opening up the possible space for imagination and narrative development. It was about seeing how to create the most narrative out of the least amount of material.

The series Ghost of… are narrative films that work with bending the reality of the filmed material. They are silent movies, but subtitled. They’re about people searching for something.

In “Pi­casso” (a comedy/horror), the characters are journalists searching for the truth in Malaga to a murder mystery relating to Picasso.

In “Europe” the characters are three young boys, searching for guidance in a revolutionary leader throughout Europe, trav­eling on kickbikes.
